Clean room, comfortable sheets, with in-room breakfast and a rooftop pool that made for an incredible value for the money during my nine nights stay as a solo traveler.

My stay at Piedra Luna was fantastic. The room was spacious and well-designed. Cleanliness stood out instantly. everything felt fresh. I loved the jacuzzi in the evenings. It became my favorite feature, perfect for unwinding. Customer service was beyond my expectations. Luis and Luz Stella were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. One thing worth noting, though, was the absence of a hair dryer and iron in the room. They are available upon request, but it felt like a basic amenity that should have been there. Also, while there was no cable TV, the smart TV allowed for streaming my own shows. I appreciated that, but some variety in channels would have been nice. The location was great too. easy access to local attractions. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would gladly return for another visit.

mixed feelings about my stay
The staff were accommodating, which made check-in easy. The room was clean and presented well. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere in the lobby area. Some guests have noted the pleasant experience, but I found the overall rating seemed a bit inflated compared to what I experienced.
Not super hotel, so I don't know why it's a 9.5 rate.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
The rooftop pool was a total vibe, the perfect spot for soaking up the sun and sipping on something refreshing! The service? It felt personalized, just like staying at a friend’s place, but with way more luxuries. Plus, the sheets were so comfy that I seriously contemplated sneaking them home!
